Early this summer residents near Peakview Park were invited to attend a briefing about a new proposed development called Lincoln Matrix in the empty land just south of Peakview Park which is in the city of Centennial. Several residents and one of the CCVSHOA board members attended. We learned about a proposed light industrial project where the tenants buy their offices instead of leasing.
Later in the summer, Brendan Adams, CCVSHOA President and Tom Morgan, board member, met with IBC Holdings, LLC, developer of the property. The IBC group has been very accommodating in informing the HOA about the project, seeking consultation with CCVSHOA and agreeing to most of the ideas presented by the HOA. We have also met with residents bordering the proposed development and have a clear idea of proposals for future meetings with IBC Holdings.
It is clear that IBC Holdings is developing a quality project that will have minimal impact on the Park and the surrounding neighborhoods. They want to be good neighbors and have provided a number of drawings and plans which are posted below. Take a look. If you have comments, please contact us.
